目前承担课程

本科教学:《卫生微生物学》、《营养与食品卫生学》、《食物营养与健康》、《舌尖上的世界》等;研究生教学:《现代实验技术基础》、《英语科技论文写作》,其中《卫生微生物学》、《舌尖上的世界》和《英语科技论文写作》为全英文课程。

研究方向

应用微生物学,主要致力于青藏高原宿主肠道微生物与健康,以及包括益生菌、益生元在内的高原特色生物资源挖掘与利用等工作。

 

1)国家重点研发计划项目,西藏居民膳食营养监测评估关键技术研究与应用示范项目-子课题 高原特殊环境人群宏量营养素需求与能量代谢特征解析,2024YFF11070002024/12-2027.1150万元,在研,主持。
